The equipment is used to produce carbonated drink beverages. Rinsing, filling and capping are integrated in one machine.The most advanced technology from Japan and Germany is employed in the design. Spring cramps are used in the bottle washing process. The empty bottles can be turned over 180~ along the conveying rail. There are two times of internal and external washing, the efficiency of bottle washing is high.The fixed liquid surface filling is used. The filling is fast, the amount of liquid is accurately controlled and the dropping and leakage are avoided.Valve opening device: the device is composed of air cylinder, electromagnetic reversing valve and signal detection element. When there is a bottle, the bottle will be detected with proximity switch signal, at the same time,, make the electromagnetic reversing valve action, open valve cylinder will be trigged, make the filling valve open inflatable filling; when there is no bottle, the electromagnetic reversing valve power loss, liquid tank valve rod retracted, make the filling valve does not open, avoid CO2 escape in the tank.Valve closing device and exhaust cam valve closing device is forced after filling, the control valve rod to the closed position, make the air injection valve and liquid valve closed at the same time, and then by the exhaust cam push the exhaust valve rod, the CO2 in the bottle, prevent the bottle bubble from the valve, the exhaust valve rod evenly push about 3mm position.The liquid lever is easy to control. All construction made of SUS304, There is no dead corner inside filling valve.The magnetic torque is used for screw capping. The power of screw capping can be adjusted without steps. The power of the screw capping can also be fixed, and the caps will not be damaged, the capping is reliable.The whole machine is controlled by PLC with touch-screen as the human-machine interface. The amount of the drinks in the storage tank can be controlled automatically. The filling and capping will be stopped automatically when there is no bottle. When bottles are cramped wrongly or when caps are not available, the machine can be stopped automatically.The frequency changing technology is used to adjust the operation speed sleeplessly. The production capacity can be displayed digitally and can be adjusted conveniently.
 
Rinsing part
1) Except the down framework, the transmission parts and some parts that must be made of special materials. Other spare parts are made of stainless steel 304.
2) The roller bearing is made of stainless steel, the sealing ring is made of EPDM material, and plastic is made of UMPE.
3) The gripper is made of stainless steel, the position where hold the bottleneck is also made of stainless steel, compared with the traditional rubber gripper, it is much hygiene, durable, and no quick-wear parts, the screw parts of the bottleneck can avoid being polluted by the rubber gripper.
4) The gripper equipped with high-efficient spray nozzle, it can develop to any position of inwall of the bottle, and can save rinsing water. There is a cover above the spray nozzle which can prevent water spilling; and there are regulatory recycle slot and recycle pipes under the nozzles. 5) Rinsing time can be guaranteed for 4 seconds.
6) By adjusting the height of the rotary parts to adapt for different bottle height.
7) The motivation is derived from the driven system in the framework passed by gear.
8) The supplying of rinsing water is controlled by solenoid valve.
 
Filling part
1. Filling valve use isobar machinery valve, High speed and big flow, the high accuracy filling valve, filling speed fast, the liquid level is stable.
2. Main drive adopt gear drive independent, high efficiency, small noise, long life, maintenance-free, transducer can control the main motor speed, the machine adopt Variable-frequency variable speed, whole operations area ,engine base is stainless steel contain carbon steel.

6. The liquid level reaches the end of filling pipe, when the air circuit is cut off and the liquid stops the flow, and changes the filling pipe length can change filling lever height.

9. The rod of the exhaust valve is pushed by the exhaust cam to gradually discharge the remaining compressed air from the upper part of the bottle into the atmosphere to ensure no foaming when the bottle is removed from the filling valve.

Capping part
1) Cap distributing chute is equipped with reverse cap stop and reverse cap pick-out mechanism.
2) Cap distributing chute is equipped with a photocell switch to stop the capper when there is no cap inside the chute.
3) The capper is equipped with inlet bottle detection switch.
4) Centrifugal way of cap arranging is adopted to reduce damage of caps.
5) A cap inspecting system is applied to control on-off of cap elevator.
6) Stainless steel plunger and mechanical stirring gland to ensure that the gland is healthy and reliable. The capper has the out loading function which could decrease the broken bottle number.
7) Special cap fixing and discharging mould for correct cap loading;
